Service Description
Join my Pregnancy Yoga Class Classes are 90 minutes and are suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks (after the 12 week scan) up until birth, even if you go overdue!! I teach complete beginners as well as experienced yogis. The programme of weekly classes offers a comprehensive system for learning and using yoga throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. Students learn simple but effective breath and relaxation techniques, Hypno yoga for birth, yoga postures to manage common physical ailments, and visualisation practices to build confidence and assist in easeful birth. I will guide you through a safe and beneficial practice, helping you stay healthy and relaxed during this special time.
