Thank you so much for the 6 week pregnancy yoga course. I felt the classes helped me focus on my pregnancy as my life is always so busy so it was great to really connect with my baby. I feel I have got my breathing under control and I feel a lot more relaxed when I think about labour. Nicola is a great teacher who made me feel very welcome and I always looked forward to the class.
